Risan Engineering Industries (Pvt.) Limited always step forward in CSR activities and try to improve the technical education.
In spite of company’s worker training, we started the Technical support program with the collaboration of Pakistan Skill Development Foundation (PSDF) to provide the Technical education in the area of Injection and Blow molding to community which helps to get some handsome job and become the supporting hand of their families.

• No child/forced labor are involved at any stage, in processing of our products.
• We follow 5S Systems in our company for efficient work flow and employees’ safety and security.
• Health and safety measures are adopted. To meet any emergency, Fire Extinguishers and other safety equipment are installed.
• Freedom of speech is permitted to the workforce to express their grievances (if any). A suggestion box is available for labor complaints/suggestions.
• We provide our workers free loans for purchasing bicycles/motorcycles at different occasions.
• Special short working hours in Ramadan (Holy Month).
• We contribute towards eco-friendly activities.
• Facilitation in special medical cases on requisition.
• We provide our workers with a healthy working atmosphere.
• Working hours are as per charter of ILO.
• Disciplinary action as per labor laws.
